Sherpa Support Services (ABN 52 667 000 553) is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect, use and store personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and the NDIS Act 2013.

What we collect: contact details you provide through our website forms, phone or email; and, for participants, information needed to deliver safe supports, such as health information, NDIS plan details and emergency contacts. We only collect information that is necessary to provide our services.

How we use it: to deliver and improve our supports, communicate with you and your nominated representatives, meet our obligations to the NDIA and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and meet other legal requirements. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

How we store and protect it: personal information is stored securely, access is limited to staff who need it to provide your supports, and records are kept and disposed of in line with legal requirements.

Your rights: you can ask to access or correct your personal information at any time, and you can withdraw consent for non-essential uses. To do so, or to make a privacy complaint, contact us on 0430 080 008 or admin@sherpasupportservices.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
