Your Feedback Matters
Sherpa Support Services welcomes all feedback and complaints. Your feedback helps us improve the quality and safety of our supports and services, and you have the right to complain without it affecting the supports you receive.
How to give feedback or make a complaint: call us on 0430 080 008, email admin@sherpasupportservices.com.au, or speak with any member of our team. Complaints can be made anonymously, and you can have a family member, friend or advocate support you at any time.
What happens next: we will acknowledge your complaint promptly, look into it fairly, keep you informed of progress, and let you know the outcome. Making a complaint will never result in negative consequences for you or your supports.
If you are not satisfied with our response, or you would prefer not to raise it with us directly, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 (free call from landlines) or visit www.ndiscommission.gov.au. Anyone can make a complaint to the Commission, including participants, families, carers, advocates and workers. If you need an interpreter, call TIS National on 131 450.
